‘BLOCKED’ by Boris Tellegen aka Delta centers on the quiet surprise of colour hidden within. At first glance the piece feels serene and quiet, but a small shift of its wooden blocks reveals a bright interior. Each slide reshapes the whole, turning the object into an open-ended tool for arranging, composing, and rediscovering.

The form nods to traditional wooden toys, yet its two “legs” give it a hint of character, part figure, part robot, part tower. Familiar, but not fixed.
